One install. Warm white every night of the year, any color when you want it, and nobody on a ladder in December ever again.

What it actually is
Permanent roofline lighting is a sealed LED fixture set into a slim channel that runs along the edge of your roof. It is colour-matched to your trim, so with the lights off it reads as part of the house rather than something hung on it.
The fixtures are individually addressable. That means one run can be warm white tonight, red and green in December, and purple in October, without anyone touching the house. You change it from an app in about five seconds.
It is installed once. There is no putting it up and no taking it down — which is the whole point, and the reason most people stop paying somebody every November.
Why people buy it
No seasonal install, no removal, no storage, no tangle of strings that half worked last year. The single most common reason people call us is that they are done climbing.
Warm white along a roofline is architectural lighting. Most of our customers leave it on year-round and only think about colour a few times a year.
Fixtures face outward along the roofline rather than washing the walls. The shape of the house is what you see, which is why it does not read as a holiday display in March.
The track mounts to the fascia, the trim board under the edge of the roof. Nothing is fastened through shingles, which matters if your roof is under warranty.
How it works
Text one picture of the front of your house. That is genuinely all we need to start. No appointment to book, nobody at your door.
We send back a picture of your house with the lights on, built from your photo. The roofline is traced from your actual structure — nothing moved, nothing redrawn.
Priced by how much roofline we light and how tall and accessible the house is. You get it in writing. Nothing to sign on the spot.
Track mounts to the fascia — the trim board under the roof edge — never through your shingles. Then we set it up on your phone and show you how to run it.
What people say
We would rather you drove past a finished job after dark than read a paragraph about one. These are verbatim from our Google profile.
“Jaxen and Colton did an amazing job on our lights. They gave us the options available to us and within one day our lights were installed and look beautiful.”Terri HornGoogle review
“It starts with the communication from any company for me and Jaxson was great from the start. The pricing is incredibly reasonable — this is coming from a single mom so you know it has to be very reasonable!”Lisa BuflerGoogle review
“Great customer service and did a great job putting lights on my house!”Jace RollerGoogle review
Straight answers
It is priced by the linear foot of roofline, and the rate depends on how tall and accessible the house is. A single-story ranch is straightforward; a steep two-story with limited access takes longer and costs more per foot. We will not put a number on a house we have not seen, but we will give you a written price with no obligation. Send a photo and you will usually have it the same day.
Yes, and you should insist on it from whoever you hire. Text us one photo of the front of your house and we send back that same photo with the lights on. The roofline is traced from your actual structure — we do not substitute a stock house or redraw anything. If the picture does not look like your house, we have not done our job.
No. The track mounts along the fascia, the trim board that runs under the edge of the roof. Nothing is fastened through shingles. If your roof is under a manufacturer warranty, this is the part that matters, and it is worth asking any installer the same question.
A slim channel along the roof edge, matched to your trim colour. From the street with the lights off it reads as part of the house. It is not invisible — anyone who claims that is overselling — but it is not something a visitor notices.
Rules vary, so check yours before you commit. Most HOAs that object are objecting to seasonal strings left up year-round, which is a different product. If you need approval we will give you product details and photographs to submit with your request.
Most homes are a single day. We set and strike our own lifts the same day, and we clean up before we leave. You do not need to be home, though most people want to be there for the walkthrough at the end when we set it up on your phone.
The system is modular — the controller, the power supply and the light run are separate, individually replaceable parts. A failure is a component swap, not a tear-out. Call us and we come out. The parts are also commonly available, so you are not locked to one installer for the life of the system.
