Permanent lighting in Keller
Keller is largely newer construction on generous lots — brick and stone elevations, multiple front gables, and the kind of two-story rooflines this product was designed around. When people ask what a house looks like lit, Keller is usually the example we reach for.
The larger lots matter too. A house set back from the street reads differently at night than one close to the kerb, and the warm white setting carries further than people expect. You are lighting the shape of the house for the whole street, not just for whoever is standing in the driveway.
Larger homes mean more linear feet, so Keller quotes run higher than a small ranch. It is still priced the same way: per foot of roofline, with the rate set by height and access.
On the ground
Keller has a lot of managed neighbourhoods, and the HOA question comes up on most quotes. The honest answer is that rules vary and you should check yours before you commit — we are not going to tell you it will be fine.
What we can tell you is what most HOAs are actually objecting to when they restrict exterior lighting: seasonal strings left up year-round. That is a different product from a colour-matched track along the fascia that reads as part of the house when it is off.
If you need to submit for approval, we will give you product details and photographs of finished installs to go with your request. That is usually what the board wants to see — they want to know it is not going to look like leftover Christmas lights in April.
If your HOA says no, it says no. We would rather you find that out before you pay a deposit than after.
Where we work in Keller
How it works
Text one picture of the front of your house. That is genuinely all we need to start. No appointment to book, nobody at your door.
We send back a picture of your house with the lights on, built from your photo. The roofline is traced from your actual structure — nothing moved, nothing redrawn.
Priced by how much roofline we light and how tall and accessible the house is. You get it in writing. Nothing to sign on the spot.
Track mounts to the fascia — the trim board under the roof edge — never through your shingles. Then we set it up on your phone and show you how to run it.
What people say
We would rather you drove past a finished job after dark than read a paragraph about one. These are verbatim from our Google profile.
“Jaxen and Colton did an amazing job on our lights. They gave us the options available to us and within one day our lights were installed and look beautiful.”Terri HornGoogle review
“It starts with the communication from any company for me and Jaxson was great from the start. The pricing is incredibly reasonable — this is coming from a single mom so you know it has to be very reasonable!”Lisa BuflerGoogle review
“Great customer service and did a great job putting lights on my house!”Jace RollerGoogle review
Service area
We are based in Fort Worth and we cover everything within about ninety minutes of the metroplex. These are the ones we work in most — if you are outside them but inside the drive, call and ask.
Straight answers
No. The price is per linear foot of roofline wherever you are inside Dallas–Fort Worth. There is no travel charge, no minimum for being outside Fort Worth proper, and no zone pricing.
Yes, and it tends to look better on those than on a simple single-story. More gable faces means more of the roofline shape gets defined. It does take longer to install and it affects the rate, which is why we price per foot by height and access rather than quoting a flat number.
Check your covenants first. If you need to submit, we will supply product specifications and photographs of completed installs for your application. We cannot promise an outcome, but we can make sure the board is looking at what the product actually is.
Then turn it off. It is on a schedule in the app — dusk-to-whenever, specific nights, or nothing at all. Plenty of people run it warm white from September through February and leave it dark the rest of the year.
