The same system, scaled to a building or a whole block. Priced per structure so you can phase it across budget years.

Who this is for
Retail blocks, restaurants, offices, churches, and downtown districts where a city or a merchants' association wants the street to read as somewhere worth stopping after sunset.
The product is the same one we install on homes. What changes is the survey, the documentation and the way it is priced — per building, on measured roofline, so a committee can add or remove a structure without the rest of the numbers moving.
Everything is quoted in writing against a measured survey. There are no change orders a client has not seen first.
What a committee needs to hear
Ask it of everyone. If the answer is a proprietary fixture available only through that installer's own network, the building is tied to one company for the life of the system. Our parts are off-the-shelf and any qualified contractor can service them.
All-or-nothing pricing removes your ability to phase a project across budget years. We price per structure on measured footage at one flat rate, so the arithmetic is checkable and nothing is subsidising anything else.
Installer warranties and manufacturer warranties are different things and should never be quoted as one number. We state both separately, in writing, with the manufacturer's terms sourced.
Fixtures mount to roofline trim and fascia. Nothing is fastened through roof coverings or into historic masonry, and the installation is reversible. On a listed building that is the whole conversation.
How a commercial job runs
Every building walked, measured and photographed. Roofline footage recorded per structure, power sources identified. No cost, no obligation.
A layout per building and a visualization built from photographs of the actual structures, presented for sign-off before anything is ordered.
Written owner consent for each privately held building, plus any permits. We raise review requirements rather than wait to be asked.
Building by building, staged so storefronts stay open and sidewalks stay passable. Night walkthrough and punch list before the final invoice.
Straight answers
Yes. Residential work stays inside DFW, but commercial and municipal projects are quoted across Texas. Travel and logistics are stated in the proposal rather than buried in the rate.
Yes, and for municipal clients it is usually the right call. Because pricing is per building on measured footage, a structure can be moved to a later phase without re-pricing the rest.
Yes, with the right process. Fixtures mount to roofline trim and fascia, nothing penetrates historic masonry, and the installation is reversible. Where a building is listed or publicly owned we coordinate with the relevant body before anything is scheduled.
Yes. A certificate of insurance accompanies every commercial proposal and is reissued naming the client as certificate holder on award.
Work is staged one building at a time. Lifts are set and struck the same day, sidewalks in front of active storefronts stay passable, and every affected business gets the schedule in writing before we arrive.
