Permanent lighting in Mansfield

The reason most Mansfield calls start

Almost every enquiry we get starts the same way, and it is rarely about colour. It is somebody who has spent the last several Novembers either on a ladder or writing a cheque to a crew who puts lights up and takes them down again.

The arithmetic gets obvious quickly. A seasonal install and removal, every year, plus replacing whatever did not survive a summer in the garage, against one permanent install that stays on the house.

The part people do not anticipate is how much they use it the rest of the year. Warm white along a roofline is genuinely good exterior lighting — the house looks occupied and cared for, and you can see the front door.

On the ground

Newer builds, straightforward installs

Much of Mansfield is newer construction, which tends to make for a clean install. Sound fascia, predictable roof geometry, decent access, and the brick-and-stone elevations with front-facing gables that this product suits best.

Straightforward does not mean cheap — footage is footage, and a large two-story carries a lot of it. But it does mean fewer surprises between the quote and the invoice.

On newer homes the roof is often still under a manufacturer warranty. The track mounts to the fascia, the trim board under the roof edge, and nothing is fastened through the shingles. Ask every installer you talk to about this specifically.

If we find deteriorated fascia at survey, we will tell you before we start rather than after. It is the one thing that can change the scope on a job like this.

Where we work in Mansfield

How it works

Four steps, and you only do one of them

Send a photo

Text one picture of the front of your house. That is genuinely all we need to start. No appointment to book, nobody at your door.

See it lit

We send back a picture of your house with the lights on, built from your photo. The roofline is traced from your actual structure — nothing moved, nothing redrawn.

Written price

Priced by how much roofline we light and how tall and accessible the house is. You get it in writing. Nothing to sign on the spot.

Install

Track mounts to the fascia — the trim board under the roof edge — never through your shingles. Then we set it up on your phone and show you how to run it.

What people say

Five stars, from people you can call

We would rather you drove past a finished job after dark than read a paragraph about one. These are verbatim from our Google profile.

“It starts with the communication from any company for me and Jaxson was great from the start. The pricing is incredibly reasonable — this is coming from a single mom so you know it has to be very reasonable!”

Straight answers

Questions we get asked

How much does it cost to have lights put up and taken down every year?

We do not do seasonal work, so we are the wrong people to quote that. What we can tell you is that most of our customers arrived here after adding up several years of it.

Will it work on a brick-and-stone elevation?

That is the best case for this product. Light along the gable rakes defines the whole shape of the house, and the texture of brick and stone catches it well.

How long does an install take?

Most homes are a single day. We set and strike our own lifts the same day and clean up before we leave.

Do I need to be home?

Not for the install itself, though most people want to be there at the end for the walkthrough when we set it up on your phone and show you how to run it.
