Permanent lighting in Fort Worth
Most of the companies that show up when you search for this are headquartered somewhere else. You can usually tell — the phone number is a San Antonio or Austin area code, the address on the contact page is three hours away, and the reviews on the Fort Worth page are from customers who live nowhere near Fort Worth.
That matters more than it sounds. Permanent lighting is a product you keep for years. At some point you will want somebody to come out, and the question is whether that is a half-hour drive or a road trip somebody has to schedule around.
We are based in Fort Worth, we work in Fort Worth, and we cover everything inside about ninety minutes of the metroplex. Past that we say no, because a company that cannot get back out to you is not much use in year four.
On the ground
Fort Worth housing stock is not uniform, and the estimate changes a lot depending on where you are. The 1920s and 30s bungalows in Fairmount and Mistletoe Heights have short, simple rooflines and low eaves — straightforward work, fast install, and the restrained warm-white look suits the architecture.
Tanglewood and Overton Park are a different job. Larger footprints, steeper pitches and more gable faces mean more linear feet and more time on a lift. It is still priced per foot, but the rate reflects the height and the access.
The newer builds out toward Alliance and the north side tend to have the brick and stone elevations with multiple front-facing gables — which is honestly the best-case scenario for this product. Light along those gable rakes defines the whole shape of the house.
Wherever you are, the fixtures mount to the fascia rather than through the shingles. That is worth asking about anywhere, but especially on an older Fort Worth roof or one that has recently been replaced under warranty after a hail season.
Where we work in Fort Worth
How it works
Text one picture of the front of your house. That is genuinely all we need to start. No appointment to book, nobody at your door.
We send back a picture of your house with the lights on, built from your photo. The roofline is traced from your actual structure — nothing moved, nothing redrawn.
Priced by how much roofline we light and how tall and accessible the house is. You get it in writing. Nothing to sign on the spot.
Track mounts to the fascia — the trim board under the roof edge — never through your shingles. Then we set it up on your phone and show you how to run it.
What people say
We would rather you drove past a finished job after dark than read a paragraph about one. These are verbatim from our Google profile.
“Jaxen and Colton did an amazing job on our lights. They gave us the options available to us and within one day our lights were installed and look beautiful.”Terri HornGoogle review
“It starts with the communication from any company for me and Jaxson was great from the start. The pricing is incredibly reasonable — this is coming from a single mom so you know it has to be very reasonable!”Lisa BuflerGoogle review
“Great customer service and did a great job putting lights on my house!”Jace RollerGoogle review

Yes. Our address is in Fort Worth, our phone is a 817 number and our crew works out of here. It is worth checking on every quote you collect — several of the companies ranking for this search are headquartered in other Texas metros and send crews up.
For a quote, usually the same day — text one photo of the front of your house and we work from that, so there is no appointment to schedule. For an install, it depends on the season. October and November are the busiest months of the year by a wide margin.
Yes. Fairmount, Mistletoe Heights and Ryan Place are good candidates — the simpler roof shapes mean less linear footage and the warm white setting suits the period architecture. The thing we check first on an older home is the condition of the fascia, since that is what the track fastens to.
Fort Worth gets hail, and anything on the outside of your house has to survive it. The fixtures are sealed and rated for outdoor use, and because the system is modular, a damaged section is a component swap rather than a full replacement.
