Permanent lighting in Burleson

Priced the same as anywhere else we work

Burleson is one of the closest cities to our shop, and the quote reflects the house rather than the drive. There is no travel charge and no out-of-area minimum. Priced per linear foot of roofline, with the rate set by how tall and accessible the home is.

The mix here runs from older single-story homes near Old Town through to the newer subdivisions spreading south and west. The single-story ranches are the fastest and least expensive installs we do — simple roof geometry, low eaves, good access.

Bigger two-story builds carry more footage and more time on a lift, so they land higher. Either way you get the number in writing before anything is ordered.

On the ground

What you are actually buying

A sealed LED fixture set into a slim channel that runs along the roof edge, colour-matched to your trim. Individually addressable, so one run can carry two colours at once or a single warm white across the whole house.

Controlled from an app. Set a schedule so it comes on at dusk and goes off when you want, and forget about it for the rest of the year.

The system is modular. Controller, power supply and light run are separate, individually replaceable components, so a failure is a part swap rather than a tear-out.

Parts are commonly available and any competent contractor can service the system. You are not locked to us for the life of your lights, and we would rather say that than sell you a dependency.

Where we work in Burleson

How it works

Four steps, and you only do one of them

Send a photo

Text one picture of the front of your house. That is genuinely all we need to start. No appointment to book, nobody at your door.

See it lit

We send back a picture of your house with the lights on, built from your photo. The roofline is traced from your actual structure — nothing moved, nothing redrawn.

Written price

Priced by how much roofline we light and how tall and accessible the house is. You get it in writing. Nothing to sign on the spot.

Install

Track mounts to the fascia — the trim board under the roof edge — never through your shingles. Then we set it up on your phone and show you how to run it.

What people say

Five stars, from people you can call

We would rather you drove past a finished job after dark than read a paragraph about one. These are verbatim from our Google profile.

“Jaxen and Colton did an amazing job on our lights. They gave us the options available to us and within one day our lights were installed and look beautiful.”
Terri HornGoogle review
★★★★★
“It starts with the communication from any company for me and Jaxson was great from the start. The pricing is incredibly reasonable — this is coming from a single mom so you know it has to be very reasonable!”

Straight answers

Questions we get asked

Do you charge extra to come out to Burleson?

No. Same per-foot pricing everywhere we work. No travel fee and no minimum.

What is the cheapest version of this?

A single-story home with simple roof geometry and the front elevation only. That is the lowest-footage configuration and plenty of people start there, then add the sides later. The system extends, so starting small does not mean redoing it.

Can I just do the front of the house?

Yes, and it is a common choice. The front is what you and everyone else sees. You can add the sides or the back later without touching what is already installed.

What if something stops working in year three?

Call us. Our workmanship warranty runs three years and covers the mounting, track, splices and terminations. Past that, parts are inexpensive and commonly available, and any qualified contractor can service the system.
